Your products will be carefully checked and securely packed before shipping out.

We strive to ship all orders as fast as we can with best couriers by AIR to most pin codes. However – as we list & book products which are under Pre-Order/customization the Delivery time can vary.

We do provide International Shipping at a nominal price. Actual International shipping rates will vary depending on weight and dimensions of the package that is sent.

1. Zyna Boutique does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of products.
2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 10 days only if:

• Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product(s) differed from the original order.
• Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on same day of delivery.
• Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.
• On case to case basis Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (Zyna Boutique Ltd.) only which will be valid for 6 months which can be used to place a new order.
• Items under any offer , discount or from our “SALE” category cannot be cancelled , exchanged or returned except when we sent you a wrong or a faulty item. (Misprint, Beads or tassels coming out , uneven edges of Dupatta's, difference in shade and lesser fabric will not be considered as faulty or defective. )
• Products – Jewellery , Hair Accessories, Stitched Suits and made to order suits cannot be Cancelled ,exchanged or returned.
• International Order (Shipped out of Canada) Unfortunately – we will not be able to cancel , exchange or return any order which is shipped to outside Canada if it doesn't meet exchange/return criteria and return shipping will be borne by customer.
• Zyna Boutique makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.
• Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during the photo shoot, your device display settings or printing quality of the catalog and/or inlay cards.
• For All orders, real-time carrier rates will be shown on the checkout page based on your location and the weight of your order.
• All details of Zyna Boutique’s products are given on the website and we make every effort to guarantee that the information provided is accurate most times. Customers are requested to review this information before making an order.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 10 days of the original order date.
Please email pictures of the defective item to [email protected] or call at 780-257-6002 within 24hrs after order delivery in case to raise a dispute.

Zyna Boutique Limited will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer or refund within 5-6 business days.

1. In case of exchange, customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
2. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
3. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained
4. Zyna Boutique Limited uses Usps, FedEx and DHL to ship international orders.
5. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
6. Free Shipping is not applicable to Wedding wear or under US $100 orders.
7. The customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs (Customs charges etc.)
8. If during delivery, customs duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.

Cost of Returns Logistics:

You need to understand that we cannot provide return shipping as it's an additional cost in addition to cost we incurred in forward logistics by providing you FREE SHIPPING. When we are going extra mile for our clients we do expect a tiny co-operation from our clients to send the disliked material back . This practise will also ensure that we keep minimal margins of our stock online and can pass on benefits to clients like for e.g. by providing best online rates , providing sales and offers from time to time. We thank you for your understanding. Kindly Ship the material back to us if your return request was approved.

Order Cancellation

1. Zyna Boutique Limited does not offer a “refund” or “money-back guarantee” on purchased items.
2. Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel the placed order within 12 hours but before receiving the approval/confirmation email.
3. In case of order cancelation (if the order is not shipped), the order amount will not be refunded back however a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Zyna Boutique within the next 60 days.
4. Zyna Boutique Limited may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or pay pal payment is declined.
We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Where All Do We Deliver?

Zyna Boutique Ltd. offers the simplest and easy on Shipping Policy.

•We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. However, at this time we do not service deliveries to some countries.
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide Name, Email Id, Phone number, full street address with pin code / zip code.

•Please note that residential shipments to Canada, USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents DHL / FEDEX / Canada Post / India Post. etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

•We provide shipping all over Alberta through Canada Post/FedEx and internationally through FedEx/DHL. It will take 1-2 business days for delivery within Edmonton, 3-5 days within Alberta, 5-7 days in Canada and 7-15 days for international orders delivery.

•Delivery time for International Delivery (Outside Canada) will be between 10-30 days with Standard Shipping for some countries.

•For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. It is advisable to Email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.
•We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order with standard shipping within Canada and USA(depending on postal code).
•No deliveries are made on Weekend in most cities follow a weekdays. Working only. Sometimes we can try to organise deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case to case basis.
•Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partners don't make any pick-ups on those days.
Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
•If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Standard Shipping:

•Standard Shipping usually takes 7-15 business days to deliver depending on location. If opted for Standard Stitching/Alterations, additional working days are applicable on delivery time.

Expedited Shipping:

• Expedited Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver depending on location. If opted for Standard Stitching/Alterations, additional working days are applicable on delivery time.

Xpress Shipping:

•Xpress Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver depending on location. If opted for Standard Stitching/Alterations, additional working days are applicable on delivery time.

Ready to Ship Option

•Ready to ship offers a range that can be shipped within 1-2 business day, with standard delivery time applicable to it.
•Each category at Zyna Boutique has the ready to ship that gives you the comfort of placing quick orders.
•If opted for standard stitching/Alterations, additional working days are applicable on standard delivery time.
•Look out for 'Ready to Ship' label on our home page and enjoy shopping with us.
•Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery. will NOT deal or provide any services to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Canada.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

There are 2 actually:
a. Simple Pricing: Pay just CAD $20 on each item of your choice for shipping it anywhere in Alberta. No calculations of weight or volume to work through.
b. Enjoy Free Shipping Benefits:
1. Free Shipping on each item billed* at CAD $100 in Edmonton.
2. All orders with billed value above CAD $300* are also automatically eligible for Free Shipping on all products.
Are there any hidden expenses?
We do not levy any additional charges on shipping.
P.S: The Government in your country of residence can impose customs, taxes or import duties applicable on entry as per local laws.
What does Net Payable Value above $100 per item mean for using Free Shipping?
*It means the final price payable for the item post discount if any.
If the chosen items are on sale, or at discounted price, the coupon will work basis post discount price.
So a Product at $110 is eligible for Free Shipping.
But if this item was offered at a discount of 20%, effectively reducing its value to CAD $88, the Free Shipping is not offered.
Please remember:
1. The Net Payable Value does not include additional charges of Customization/Stitching/Accessories.
2. You cannot apply free shipping with any other discount code.
*Sounds good! And what does “Shopping Cart billed above to $300” imply?
*You are automatically eligible for free shipping if your Shopping Cart payable amount totals to $300 or more – including Stitching/Customization charges and post Discounts and Offers applicable, if any.
This amount is exclusive of shipping cost.
In case the Items total is below US $300, an additional charges would be payable by you towards Shipping.

International Transaction Fees & Local Taxes:

Cross Border or International Transaction Fees, if any charged by the respective bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded. Please note these are hidden charges levied by your bank to you and not by us. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges.
The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges, if applicable during order delivery.

Transit Risk

Zyna Boutique Ltd. ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Zyna Boutique will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Zyna Boutique. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 12 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done after verification of customer.

Multiple Address Order

Currently this option is not available in all countries. However, for some postal codes it's available, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

And in case there is a delay in Shipping?

The "Availability" as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate count of days it would take to dispatch the order from our warehouse.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is 'Out of Stock' or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may also choose to deliver your order in multiple consignments (for multiple item orders with differing "Availability").
In some cases, we would offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time.
At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Store Credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.

An Important Note About Shipping:

We strive to ship all orders as fast as we can with best couriers by AIR to most pin codes.
However – as we also list & book products which are under pre-order and also products which are sourced from outside Canada.
Delivery can take anywhere between 15-20 Business days to reach to destination country then it will be forwarded to customer address with Expedited post, so we would suggest you to book your order as soon as possible to avoid delays.
